Explanation

Files that cannot be fully scanned because they are encrypted or corrupted may contain undetected threats and needs to be blocked.

Resolution

  1. Go to PROTECT > Web > General settings.
  2. Select Block (best protection) under Protection > Malware and content scanning > Action on malware scan failure.
  3. Click Apply.
