How does a customer receive a trial license for Sophos Email?

Customers can sign up for a free trial at Sophos Central Free Trial for 30 days.

What if I’ve signed up for a trial previously, and what happens when it expires? Can I still sign up?

When the license expires, access to Central Email is revoked. However, we continue to process all emails without any loss in protection for the first 10 days, using the last known configuration in Central Email. For the next 20 days, only essential protection is applied to the emails. After the entire grace period of 30 days is over, emails are rejected.

Please contact your sales account manager to provide a trial license extension if a trial account was used previously or is about to expire.

How can I access my settings so I can migrate off of Reflexion?

As part of the end of life, Reflexion will no longer be available. Therefore, access to Reflexion services isn't available anymore. You can contact Reflexion Technical Support if a configuration is required for migration purposes.

Will I need to update my DNS records, such as MX, SPF, DMARC, DKIM?

Yes.

What configuration changes are needed on mail servers?

Follow the steps detailed in our setup guides depending on your mailserver. See Email Security
