Management interface

Sophos AP6 series access points feature a graphical user interface (GUI) you can use to manage them.

To sign in to the GUI, do as follows:

  1. Open a web browser.
  2. Enter the IP address of the access point you want to manage. The default IP address is 192.168.2.2.

  3. Enter the username and password to login to the access point. The default values are as follows:

    • Username: admin
    • Password: The default password is on a sticker on the access point and in the box.

  4. The first time you sign in to the access point, you'll be prompted to do the following:

    • Change the password.
    • Set the Country code.
