Download firmware

You can download firmware for your active firewalls and new firewalls.

To download firmware for your active firewalls, do as follows:

  1. Go to Sophos Central and sign in to your account.
  2. Click your Profile icon. Sophos Central profile icon..
  3. Go to Licensing > Firewall licenses.

  4. Search for your firewall, then click the arrow next to its name to see its details.

    You'll see your firmware downloads on the right.

    • If you see the firmware you want to download for your active firewall, click the link under Downloads. For example, Hardware (.sig).

      "Other downloads" link in the firmware downloads section.

    • If you want to download different firmware, do as follows:

      1. Click Other downloads.

        You're directed to the Installers page.

      2. Scroll down to Firewall Protection.

        Firewall Protection installers section.

      3. Click the drop-down list and select your platform type.

      4. Under Downloads, click the download link, for example, AWS (.sig).

  5. Accept the End User Terms of Use and download the firmware.

To download firmware for new firewalls, do as follows:

  1. Go to Firewall installers.
  2. Click Download for the product and platform you want to download.
  3. Accept the End User Terms of Use and download the firmware.
