Was in Autotask passiert

Die Synchronisierung kopiert die folgenden Daten von Sophos Central Partner zu Autotask:

  • Kundenname.
  • Sophos-Central-Partner-Lizenzbezeichnungen
  • Verwendung

Hinweis

Wenn Sie die Lizenzen ändern, die einem Kunden in Sophos Central Partner zugewiesen sind, müssen Sie die entsprechenden Änderungen am Kundenvertrag manuell in Autotask vornehmen. Sophos Central Partner aktualisiert Autotask nicht für Sie.

Sie synchronisieren mit Verträgen in Autotask. Ihr Sophos Central-Konto ist mit einem Vertrag in Autotask verknüpft.

Die 24-Stunden-Synchronisierung funktioniert folgendermaßen:

  • Aktualisierung von Autotask-Verträgen in Sophos Central Partner, wenn Sie diese manuell in Autotask geändert haben.
