Sophos MDR Complete Service Tier

Sophos MDR Complete is our most comprehensive service tier and includes full scale incident response. It is a 24/7, fully managed protection, detection, and response service that leverages our top-rated endpoint protection solution. It is particularly appropriate for organizations that do not have their own Security Operations Center and organizations where resources and security expertise are limited.

Incident Response

With MDR Complete, if any active incident occurs the MDR Ops team provides direct call-in support, assigns a dedicated incident response lead, and ensures threats are fully eliminated. Root cause is investigated to help prevent future attacks.

Breach Protection Warranty

The Sophos Breach Protection Warranty is included at no additional charge with your Sophos MDR Complete subscription. It covers up to $1 million in response expenses for qualifying customers. There are no warranty tiers, minimum contract terms, or additional purchase requirements.
