Transfer subscriptions between firewalls

The firewalls must be the same model or equivalent, for example, SG125 and XG125. You can't transfer evaluation subscriptions.

To transfer subscriptions between firewalls, do as follows:

  1. In Sophos Central, go to your account details. Sophos Central account icon.
  2. Go to Licensing > Firewall licenses.
  3. Search for the firewall, then click the arrow next to its name to see its details.

  4. Click Transfer subscriptions.

  5. Under Transfer to, select a firewall.

  6. Click Finish.
  7. Search for the firewall you transferred the subscription to, then click the arrow next to its name to see its details.

You'll see your new subscriptions in the firewall details.
