Claim a firewall

Before you can activate and manage your subscriptions, you must claim your firewall.

To claim your firewall, do as follows:

  1. In Sophos Central, click your Profile icon. Sophos Central account icon.
  2. Go to Licensing > Firewall licenses.
  3. Click Claim firewall.
  4. Enter your firewall's serial number.
  5. Click Validate.
  6. Select the firewall you want to claim.
  7. Click Claim firewall.
  8. To check the firewall has been claimed, search for it, then click the arrow next to its name to see its details.
