Enrollment steps for iPhones and iPads

There are two basic enrollment steps:

  1. Install the Sophos Mobile Control app on your device.
  2. Configure the app on your device.

For detailed instructions, see the email that you received from your organization. If you enroll a device in Sophos Central Self Service Portal, the instructions are displayed there.

Warning

In iOS 12.2 or later, you must go to the Settings app to install the configuration profile you've downloaded. If you don't install the profile within 8 minutes, it will be deleted and you must start over.
