In the Sophos Mobile Control app, you can display details how to contact your support team and any further information provided.

To get support:

  1. On the dashboard of the Sophos Mobile Control app, tap Support.

Tap Email to write an email to your support contact.

On an Android device, tap Phone or Mobile to make a phone call.
