Accessibility

Sophos Mobile Admin is mainly compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines level AA.

Sophos Mobile Admin is accessible using the screen reading software JAWS (Job Access With Speech) and NVDA (NonVisual Desktop Access) and the speech recognition software Dragon. We recommend that you use the following versions:

  • JAWS 2019 or later
  • NVDA 2019.1 or later
  • Dragon Professional 15 or later

If you want to use assistive technology products with our software we recommend that you are familiar with how your chosen product works and the available keyboard commands.

Known limitations

Some functionality of Sophos Mobile Admin doesn’t meet a WCAG criterion due to limitations of PrimeFaces, a third-party Java component. These issues are raised with the third-party developers.
