Reset Sophos container password
On devices with a Sophos container, you can reset the container password.
When you reset the container password, the user must set a new one the next time they open Sophos Secure Workspace or Sophos Secure Email.
On an iPhone or iPad, the user must also register their mail account in Sophos Secure Email again. They have to do this even if there wasn’t a container password set.
To reset the Sophos container password on a device, do as follows:
- On the menu sidebar, click Devices.
- In the device list, click the down arrow next to the device and then click Show.
- Click Actions > Reset Sophos container password.
