Check APNs connectivity of devices
On iPhones and iPad, users can check if their devices are able to connect to the Apple Push Notification service (APNs) server.
- In the Sophos Mobile Control app, tap Corporate management.
- On the Management info page, tap Check APNs.
The app tries to connect to the Apple APNs server. The expected server response time is 5 seconds or less.
Check your firewall settings if the APNs server can’t be reached. For a list of required connections, see Network connections.
