Fix Endpoint Protection
Ensure all your licensed protection software is installed.
If Account Health Check warns that computers don't have all your licensed protection software installed, you can fix this automatically or manually.
Fix automatically
If you choose to install automatically, we install all your licensed protection software on your affected computers. You can review the changes in your audit log.
To install your software automatically, do as follows:

Click Fix automatically in the warning.

Confirm that you want to install your licensed software.
Fix manually
To install endpoint protection software manually, do as follows:

Click the link in the warning. The link is on the number of computers affected.
If you have problems with the link, go to your computers list and use the filters to select Some Sophos protection missing.

You see a list of the computers that need attention.

Check if there are any computers that you need to delete from Sophos Central. For help with deleting computers, see Computers.
If you don't delete computers or add protection we'll continue to warn that your computers are unprotected.

Select computers where you want to add protection (or select the top checkbox to select all) and click Manage Endpoint Software.

In Manage Endpoint Software, you can see your licensed software under Protection. Select it and click Save.
In the computer list, the Protection column next to the computers now shows they're going to get your full protection software.
Sophos Central will install the new software the next time the computers are online and update (usually within an hour).
